Design Portfolio

I am a self-taught designer with rich experience in visual design, web design, and photography.  As an indepdent musician in the artistically-depressed upstate New York region, I was often required to not only be the musician I wished to be, but also the recordist, producer, and visual designer for album artwork, promotional materials, and the website.  Projects in which I was involved were largely cradle-to-grave efforts; from photography to design to layout to promotions, in addition to being the artist and songwriter.

Obviously, this website should itself be considered a design portfolio, but below are some selected items from my previous projects.

Web Design

I've been building websites in one form or another since about 1996, learning and working through various technologies as they were introduced. These days I prefer to work in XHTML and PHP, making beautiful, modern, full-screen designs that change the paradigm of standard web design.
